You can see the path that the kids used to get down to Axinu’s flight platform there, it’s not as fancy as the glass footbridge but it’s just as important, as it allows the city’s gardeners to get to the ledge and tidy the grounds up. No one can enter the Shrine from that door though; it can only be unlocked from inside with shadowcraft (which is what Sume was doing on page 9)
