There’re more pyravias than just those few in the plaza, but it’s nowhere near the whole of the city. The rest are already getting themselves ready :3 I hope to show a decent crowd scene later on, when their festival starts!

The warden that’s still by the fountain is a city guard. They don’t have the firey jewels in their cloak decorations that Sumetherox and this lady do, and they won’t speak to the phoenix unless spoken to first.
